3. What data we process
On the basis of your consent and filling out a quote form, we collect following personal data:
name
surname
phone number.
We store a record of IP numbers which access the website, and also gather Cookie files which allow us to save information about the User and the history of his interactions with the website based on a separate consent (a pop-up “Consent for Cookies”).
4. Basis for Personal Data Processing
The User’s personal data is processed on the basis of a voluntary consent by ticking the field “I agree” in the quote form, as well as when law regulations entitle the Controller to process personal data on the basis of law regulations or in the order to implement the agreement between the parties (Art. 6, 1b of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC).

We collect and process your personal data for the purpose of providing you an access to the website and answering your inquiries asked in the quote form.
6. Data Processing Period
User’s personal data is processed for a period not longer than the time necessary for delivering the awaited action (receiving the answer for the question from the quote form) or for consent withdrawal to data processing.
7. How we protect User’s data?
In order to ensure the security of the personal data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures according to the GDPR Regulation (The Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)), which aims to improved protection of the User’s personal data.
